Trane Technologies is now taking applications for Machinist and/or Tool and Die Maker in its La Crosse production facilities.

Requirements

• A Two-year associate degree in Machine Tool Technologies or equivalent work experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Journeyman Machinist or 4 years' experience as a Tool and Die Maker is preferred.
• Possession of own precision tools.

Nice To Haves

• Leadership experience.
• CNC machine experience.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and effectively as a competent Machinist/Toolmaker in tool room and production environments.
• Demonstrate leadership and CNC machine experience.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Perform quality work in a safe manner.
• Work as a team player.

Benefits

• Starting pay - $30.69-$34.24/hour plus overtime as required.
• Shift premium - $2.50/hour additional pay for off shifts at the start of employment.
