About The Position

As the Tool Room Attendant, you'll handle various tasks related to the management and maintenance of the machines used in our manufacturing facilities. Your role is crucial to ensure the efficiency and success of our tablet manufacturing processes by effectively managing tooling inventory, maintaining equipment, and supporting production operations. By following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), you'll ensure the quality and quantity of products we produce.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand, climb, bend, etc. within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and organized inventory of tooling components, track quantities, locations, and conditions.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Prepare, install, and inspect tooling sets according to production schedules.
• Implement measures to protect tooling during storage and transportation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process enhancements, repairs, and replacements.
