About The Position

Weâre hiring a Tool & Platform Developer to support the design, build, and ongoing improvement of internal tools and platforms used to manage data, documents, and operational workflows at scale. This role is highly hands-on and best suited for someone who enjoys working across application development and cloud infrastructure, can operate independently, and is comfortable taking technical ownership in evolving environments. Location Requirement Candidates must currently reside in the Greater San Francisco, Greater Seattle, Greater Chicago, or DFW metro areas. Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
- Application development experience using NodeJS, Angular, and TypeScript
- Experience working in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment processes
- Experience building front-end applications integrated with backend services and APIs
- Hands-on experience with services such as: Google Drive API Cloud Run Cloud SQL BigQuery
- Ability to manage work independently and deliver across multiple priorities
Nice To Haves
- Experience with automation or AI integration
- Familiarity with content or document management systems
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale internal platforms
- Comfort working in environments where requirements evolve and structure is light
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining internal tools and self-service applications
- Developing applications using NodeJS, Angular, and TypeScript
- Supporting and enhancing platforms that manage documents, metadata, and system data
- Integrating automation and AI-driven capabilities into existing tools and workflows
- Provisioning and administering Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments (staging and production)
- Managing infrastructure using Terraform, including: VPC networks Cloud SQL Cloud Run
- Configuring IAM policies, service accounts, and required GCP APIs
- Developing scripts and automation to resolve configuration issues and support secure exports and backups
- Supporting CI/CD pipelines, releases, and production deployments
- Auditing and validating system data to ensure integrity across platforms
- Recommending and implementing improvements to tool logic, performance, and user experience
