About The Position

Drive Your Future at Auto-Wares Group of Companies as a Tool & Equipment Sales and Part Sourcing Specialist! Join our team as a Tool & Equipment Sales and Part Sourcing Specialist! We are looking for a people-focused, driven individual to join our team at our Flint Hub Store! At Auto-Wares, we strive to lead the aftermarket industry with trusted automotive parts, knowledgeable teams, and people-centered culture. We work diligently to ensure that we provide our customers with the parts and solutions that keep them moving. Through this role, you will become an integral part of accomplishing this goal. We aren’t just looking for a body to fill a seat; we are looking for someone who is hungry to learn, takes pride in their work, and wants a stable, long-term home. If you are reliable, motivated, and ready to grow your career in the automotive aftermarket, this could be the opportunity for you! The Schedule:  Days: Monday – Friday (Enjoy your weekends!)  Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Flexibility: Standard 1-hour lunch. (Flexibility, per Manager approval)  Location: Flint Hub Store

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a tool and equipment sales, automotive parts, or similar role.
  • A motivated, dependable self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the initiative to step in and help wherever needed.
  • Coachable, punctual, and eager to learn and grow within the company.
  • Valid Drivers License
  • No Major Violations and only one minor violation in last three years.
  • Must be at Least 18 Years of Age
  • Pass Physical & Drug Screen
  • Able to lift and Carry up to 50 Pounds with Both Arms.

Nice To Haves

  • Some experience with tools and equipment is a big plus.
  • Preferred Experience in Automotive Car Care

  • Drive tool and equipment sales by building strong relationships with customers and identifying solutions that meet their needs.
  • Source automotive parts efficiently and accurately to support customer requests and business operations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to assist customers, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain product knowledge on tools, equipment, and aftermarket solutions to confidently support customer inquiries.
