About The Position

We are looking for motivated individuals to join a manufacturing team that values collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. This role provides the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.

Requirements

  • Ability to interpret blueprints, GD&T, tooling, and part prints
  • Troubleshooting skills for daily operational issues
  • Familiarity with measurement tools such as CMM or gaging equipment
  • Minimum five years’ experience in metal stamping, prototype, tool & die, or die repair
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, perform repetitive motions, and work in a manufacturing environment
  • Willingness to work required overtime

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of manufacturing quality and environmental standards (e.g., IATF16949, ISO 14001) preferred
  • Technical or trade education is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and optimize tooling and dies as needed
  • Operate tool room equipment and machinery with precision
  • Support press setup and efficiency as a team
  • Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times
  • Use problem-solving and root cause analysis to improve processes and quality
  • Ensure product meets specifications
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and 5S/Kaizen practices
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Be available for overtime as needed
