Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in production planning is a plus.
• Own tools such as Micrometers (0-1, 1-2, 2-3), Tape measurer, Combination square, Allen wrenches, 1 ¼” box wrench, 6, 9, and 12” crescent wrench, 0-6 calipers, Ball pien hammer, Scriber, Depth Mics, Indicator, C clamps, Radius gages
• Good driving record
• Willingness to work overtime
• Experience operating a crane and forklift
• Follow OSHA rules and regulations

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various machines
• Inspect and run parts to ensure quality.
• Perform die setup in press machines.
• Engage in development and prototyping activities.
• Utilize speeds and feeds calculator for optimal machine performance.
• Work with close tolerances to maintain precision.
• Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) as appropriate.
• Repair and maintain tooling.
• Troubleshoot and repair dies.
• Edit die drawings and provide feedback to the engineering team.
• Understand and perform visual and dimensional part inspections.
