About The Position

Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures. Comply with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) procedures. Communicate with internal and external customers. Work with vendors on cost savings. Assist associates in locating the necessary parts, tools and supplies needed to maintain and support production. Create and maintain Material Masters in SAP. Create and maintain Purchasing Info Records in SAP Confirm accuracy of incoming and outgoing stock. Maintain correct counts and location of parts in SAP. Lead and Track Weekly Cycle counts. Research and assist in ordering parts/tooling. Assist accounting in price discrepancy on parts/tool crib purchase orders. Stock parts, tooling and supplies in cribs and satellite locations. Maintain proper storage of material for safety, space utilization, easy access and identification. Maintain housekeeping and organization in cribs and satellite locations. Requirements

  • Strong literacy and numerical reasoning skills
  • Proficient with computers and common software tools (Excel, Word); SAP required
  • Comfortable navigating online resources and web‑based applications
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities
  • Solid organizational and time‑management skills
  • Working knowledge of inventory control practices and material handling
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow through with minimal supervision

  • Prior manufacturing or industrial environment or tool crib experience preferred
