General Responsibility: Performs Daily Administrative and Inventory control duties under the direction of the Tool Crib Supervisor.

Requirements

One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to reason, make decisions, and use independent judgment in various situations.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively, both in oral and written form, among different levels of the organization.
Must be organized, a team player and be committed to quality systems.
Must be able to handle multiple-projects at a time, self motivated and pro-active.
Must have knowledge of MS Office applications.

Nice To Haves

Associates degree or related technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform Tool Crib Attendant duties.
Implement/perform inventory control procedures and cycle count program.
Monitor Min/Max quantities of inventory and make adjustments based on historical data.
Place orders for maintenance parts, supplies and contract work; includes obtaining prices, scheduling deliveries and writing purchase orders.
Actively maintain MicroMain activities for parts and work orders associated for all machines.
Schedule and document work orders for repairs on machines.
Schedule and document work orders for PM/TPM on machines.
Perform job kitting parts for PM/TPM on machines.
Audit post PM/TPM on machines.
Maintain all files and assure system is in compliance.
Establish solid relationship with purchasing department.
Run/post Inventory accuracy and metrics reports.
