About The Position
OPEX Corporation is currently looking for a full-time Tool Crib Attendant to work in our 180,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Pennsauken NJ. This position requires purchasing, order entry, order expediting, receiving shipments, inventory control and general stock room management. The ideal candidate will need technical knowledge of cutting tools and abrasives, be organized, detail oriented, have good follow-thru and have the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. The Tool Crib Attendant is part of the tool room team and will be responsible for preparing tooling setups, certifying, and delivering all tools to the production work centers for all shifts. In addition, this person orders, receives, stores, and issues all hand tools, machine tools, materials, fixtures, measuring devices, and/or related equipment in support to all manufacturing operations. This position is also responsible for generating and maintaining an accurate inventory of all purchased and manufactured items within the tool room.
