About The Position

We are seeking a Tool Crib Associate to join our dynamic team at Petmate. The Tool Crib Associate will support manufacturing and inventory operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction. This role involves managing product flow, maintaining inventory integrity, assisting with order processing, and upholding a safe, clean work environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year experience in manufacturing or distribution background
• Proficiency with computerized scanning equipment and PC-based programs
• Strong customer service orientation
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly

Responsibilities

• Receive products from multiple sources and maximize cube space during put‑away.
• Process back orders to fulfill stakeholder orders and meet readiness timelines.
• Pick, stage, and prepare stakeholder orders to achieve service goals and expectations.
• Track items removed from the crib to maintain accurate records.
• Perform routine inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain an organized work area along with trash collection/disposal to maintain a clean, professional environment.
• Assist stakeholders with product pick‑up and deliver excellent service.
• Resolve stakeholder issues promptly to retain and promote work efficiency.
