This role will manage all maintenance parts purchasing/inventory, organization/cleanliness of parts mezzanine and maintenance shop. Duties include maintain and manage tool room clerical functions and update records of tool room equipment, tools and kits. Also responsible for management of E-Maintenance program, purchase orders, receiving inventory, and other administrative task. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure return of issued tools, kits and equipment back to the tool room after use Check for damages or unusable condition of tools, equipment and kits. Organize tools and equipment on shelves and racks for easy access. Keep abreast of advance technologies in tools and equipment designs. Maintain tool room equipment manuals, processes and operational guidelines. Operate fork-lift, pallet jack and other heavy equipment when necessary. Responsible for properly receiving, binning, issuing, and shipping materials in a timely manner Responsible for coordinating the delivery of materials Maintain an accurate and controlled inventory with the assistance of the E-maintenance Coordinate with different departments to determine material availability and scheduling requirements Repetitive and continual physical work which involves moving and lifting heavy objects (up to 75lbs.) is required as well as the ability of stand for extended periods of time Other duties as assigned by Manager.
