Tomorrow’s Real Estate Leaders (TREL) Program Hosted by American Realty Advisors | April 10-12, 2026 | Virtual Are you a college student curious about careers in commercial real estate and institutional investing? Do you want to learn directly from industry leaders and gain practical experience that could launch your career? ARA is proud to announce its sixth Tomorrow’s Real Estate Leaders (TREL) program, a dynamic two-and-a-half-day virtual experience designed to expose undergraduate students from diverse backgrounds to the real estate investment industry. What You’ll Experience Interactive workshops with ARA’s Acquisitions, Asset Management, and Research teams Day-in-the-life panels featuring real professionals across departments Guest speakers including past presenters like: Dr. Raphael Bostic, President & CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta Malcolm Johnson, CEO of Langdon Park Capital Ron Frierson, Director of Economic Development for the Western U.S. at Amazon Virtual asset tour Career coaching: Interview prep, resume tips, and networking strategies Case competition
Requirements
- Undergraduate students who will have completed at least two semesters or four quarters of college by August 2025
- Students from backgrounds underrepresented in commercial real estate and investment management
- All majors welcome; no prior real estate experience required
Nice To Haves
- Demonstrated interest in finance, real estate, or investment careers is a plus
