Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Proven organization skills
  • Effective communication skills both written and orally
  • Knowledge and skill necessary to effectively perform on-the-job training for new hires
  • Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to apply company policies consistently
  • Ability to manage in a fast-paced high-stress environment while providing high customer focus
  • Ability to lift and carry weights up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties involving pushing, pulling, and lifting
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Perform all tasks safely and comply with all internal and external safety requirements.
  • Support ITRCC’s safety culture and attend all safety training.
  • Uphold ITRCC’s core values: Community, Actions, Reliability, Excellence and Safety (CARES).
  • Manage Traffic Management/Customer Service/Roadside Toll Collection System.
  • Manage Plaza Operations including Master Fund Verifications, Breaks, Gate Replacements, Trouble Tickets, etc.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as Scheduling, Payroll, Training and Development, Safety Compliance, Recaps, and reporting.
  • Use written and verbal communication, radio usage, and cross-department reporting.
  • Interact with customers professionally and efficiently.
  • Utilize company vehicles and assist in maintenance schedule and regular inspections of vehicle conditions.
  • Perform general office housekeeping.
  • Ensure the safety of all toll collectors.
  • Ensure plaza configurations are accurate and perform routine plaza checks.
  • Monitor transactions and payment types via Remote Console.
  • Serve as liaison between the TMC and field to report disabled vehicles and/or incidents.
  • Observe for safety issues.
