Requirements
- Prior supervisory experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable transportation + clean driving record
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Experience with inventory and labor management
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure high standards
- Lead, train, and support team members
- Manage inventory and control labor hours
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Perform quality checks and hands-on cleaning as needed
- Run team huddles and communicate updates clearly
