About The Position

The Toddler / Youth Soccer Coach will be responsible for leading and developing a girls soccer program for children aged 18 months to 14 years. The role focuses on creating a fun and engaging environment for young children to learn soccer skills while promoting physical activity and teamwork. Coaches will work with different age groups, introducing them to organized activities, scrimmages, and competitive play as they progress.

Requirements

• Experience working with children aged 2-5 years is required.
• Preference for experienced soccer coaches who can work with both Toddler and Youth ages.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with children and parents.
• High energy and physically fit to coach for 2+ hours.
• Reliable, professional, and flexible.

Nice To Haves

• Coaching certification is an asset.
• Experience with other types of young child organizations or soccer environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead soccer sessions for children aged 18 months to 14 years, focusing on skill development and game-like situations.
