We are looking for an energetic and patient Toddler Teacher who loves helping little learners explore, communicate, and grow more independent. Join our founding team at our brand new Canton location and help shape an exciting learning environment from the very beginning.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
Nice To Haves
- ECE education or experience preferred
- Experience with toddlers is a plus
Responsibilities
- Create a structured, engaging classroom for active toddlers
- Guide children through routines, transitions, and early social development
- Use our L.E.A.P. curriculum to support language, motor, and social skills
- Maintain open communication with families
- Foster a positive, encouraging classroom culture
