About The Position

The Learning Experience in Huntington Beach is seeking a caring and energetic Toddler Teacher to guide children ages one to three as they explore, grow, and build independence. This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys nurturing curiosity and supporting early developmental milestones in a structured, play based environment.

Requirements

• Must meet California licensing requirements
• At minimum must hold twelve ECE units
• CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain
• Experience working with toddlers or early childhood education preferred
• Patient, dependable, and attentive to safety and routines
• Passion for early childhood development and nurturing care

• Experience working with toddlers or early childhood education preferred

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for toddlers
• Support social, emotional, language, and motor development through play based learning
• Follow daily routines including meals, diapering or potty training, naps, and transitions
• Observe and document developmental milestones
• Communicate consistently with families to build strong relationships
• Implement The Learning Experience award winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Maintain clean, organized, and joyful classroom spaces
