Spark development through songs, stories, play, and warm, responsive interactions. Work closely with Lead Teachers and teacher assistants to maintain consistent, high-quality care. Requirements
- Warm, caring, and dependable individuals who love working with kids.
- Team players ready to assist with any part of the day — from leading playtime to helping as a substitute teacher if needed.
- People who are gentle, patient, and responsive with children.
- Eager learners ready to grow alongside our team and families.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Comfort lifting and holding up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to sit on the floor and move quickly to assist young children.
- Must be able to see and hear for safety, communication, and connection.
