Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Early Childhood Education a plus.
• Experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Patience, creativity, and a nurturing demeanor.
• Background check and references required.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and stimulating learning environment for toddlers.
