About The Position

The Learning Experience in Timnath is seeking a patient, energetic, and dependable Toddler Teacher to support children during an important stage of early development. This role focuses on helping toddlers build independence, communication skills, and confidence in a nurturing and structured classroom environment. The Learning Experience At The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow. Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff. At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination. Requirements

  • Must meet Colorado Office of Early Childhood licensing requirements
  • PDIS Level 2 or higher required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must pass Colorado state background check
  • Completion of required state training and ongoing professional development

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare setting preferred
  • Patient, reliable, and attentive to children’s needs
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for early childhood education

Responsibilities

  • Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
  • Support early social, emotional, language, and motor development
  • Implement age appropriate curriculum and daily learning activities
  • Follow classroom routines including meals, diapering, and transitions
  • Maintain classroom organization and licensing standards
  • Build strong relationships with families and team members
  • Ensure the health, safety, and supervision of all children
