Responsibilities

Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom where toddlers feel loved, supported, and excited to explore
Implement TLE’s L.E.A.P.® Curriculum , bringing learning to life through play‑based activities, early literacy, movement, art, and sensory exploration
Support toddlers as they build independence — from self‑help skills to early problem‑solving
Foster positive social interactions and help children learn to share, communicate, and express their feelings
Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and genuine care
Maintain a clean, organized, and cheerful classroom that reflects TLE’s bright and nurturing environment
Work collaboratively with a supportive leadership team that values positivity, professionalism, and growth
