About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of toddler-aged children. The Toddler Teacher will work closely with parents and staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child. Requirements

  • Experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is essential.
  • Familiarity with behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies.

Nice To Haves

  • A background in early childhood education or childhood development is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
  • Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and respect among students.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas, including social skills, language, and motor skills.
  • Maintain classroom management strategies to create a safe and orderly environment conducive to learning.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns that may arise.
  • Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols.
