Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with children and families
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment
- Support early development through guided play and structured learning
- Help toddlers explore, communicate, and gain independence
- Create a nurturing, structured toddler classroom environment
- Implement pre-designed lesson plans with confidence
- Maintain strong classroom management and supervision
- Communicate daily with families and team members
- Support each child’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
