About The Position

The Toddler Teacher at The Goddard School is responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe and nurturing learning environment. This role involves creating a multi-cultural learning environment and interacting with children to support their play, exploration, and learning. The teacher will provide a reasonable balance between teacher-directed and child-directed activities, effectively using positive discipline to manage the classroom. Additionally, the Toddler Teacher will plan and implement activities aimed at developing children's self-esteem and social skills, prepare a Daily Activity Report for each child, and attend faculty meetings, in-service days, conferences, and professional growth opportunities.
