About The Position

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2-8 with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. Our Soccer Shots was founded in 2018 and we are dedicated to building a strong team of coaches who share our vision to use soccer to positively impact children's lives in Westchester County.

Requirements

• A love of working with children is absolutely required.
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License.
• Willingness to travel to class locations throughout Westchester County.
• Every Soccer Shots coach must complete our comprehensive training program to receive certification.

Nice To Haves

• Prior soccer experience is not required, but a passion for positively impacting children's lives is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the safety and well-being of every child.
• Conducts fun, positive, energetic 30 - 60 minute soccer sessions.
• For childcare sites, gather children from classroom and return after the session (note: for public locations, no pick-up/drop-off is required).
• Follows proper on-site protocol for each location as prepared and provided by the Soccer Shots supervisor.
