Requirements

Have a genuine love for toddlers and understand the unique joys and challenges of this age group
Have at least 6 months of professional teaching experience (required)
Are calm, patient, and energized by a busy, active classroom environment
Meet any applicable Indiana state licensing requirements for the role

Nice To Haves

1 year or more is preferred
Hold an associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, a related field, or a CDA credential (preferred but not required)
Are a strong communicator who builds trust easily with both children and families

Responsibilities

Lead your own toddler classroom, creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment tailored to where toddlers are developmentally
Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, using our fun and engaging characters to make learning feel like play
Celebrate and support each child's individual milestones, from first words to first friendships
Build trusting relationships with families through consistent communication via our mobile app and in-person conversations
Collaborate with center staff and leadership to support enrollment, engagement, and center goals
Maintain health, safety, and quality compliance standards throughout your classroom
