Your Role as a Lead Teacher: You’ll coordinate classroom operations, plan and deliver engaging educational and recreational activities, and work directly with children and families to provide exceptional care and service. Requirements
- Associate or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- CDA credential (preferred)
- 1–2 years of prior experience in early childhood education (preferred)
- Completed state-required pre-service training (preferred)
- Strong communication skills with children, families, and colleagues
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in busy environments
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and support child safety needs
- Must meet background check requirements
