About The Position

The Learning Experience – Milford is seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Our toddler classroom supports independence, language development, problem-solving, and confidence through hands-on, play-based learning activities. If you hold the required Toddler Teacher Certification in Massachusetts and love helping young children learn and grow, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive, mission-driven childcare center.

Requirements

Massachusetts Toddler Teacher Certification required.
At least 6 months of experience working with toddlers in a childcare, daycare, or preschool setting.
Strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) .
CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training available).
Reliable, positive, and committed to supporting the growth of young learners.
Must meet all state-specific EEC licensing requirements.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate classroom for toddlers.
Implement The Learning Experience’s curriculum to promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Support daily routines including meals, toileting, transitions, and rest time.
Build positive, trusting relationships with families through consistent communication.
Collaborate with co-teachers and center leadership to uphold EEC licensing standards and classroom quality.
Encourage exploration, curiosity, and independence through engaging activities and interactions.
