Toddler (Two's) Lead Teacher Clive, Iowa Cadence Academy Preschool, part of the Cadence Education family, is hiring a Two's Lead Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 or older
Meet state requirements for lead preschool teachers
CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
Prior experience as a preschool lead teacher
Flexibility to work within business hours

Nice To Haves

Strong classroom management skills (preferred)

Responsibilities

Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment
Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum with your teaching team
Observe and support children’s interests and developmental milestones
Communicate effectively with families about their child’s progress
Promote positive social behaviors and model respectful interactions
Plan a balanced daily schedule with a mix of indoor/outdoor and active/quiet activities
