About The Position

R3 requires TOA Maintenance Support to assist NAVELSG forces in conducting system and equipment assessments and repair for non-CESE TOA, i.e. light plants, generators, and containers. Provide engineering support for identification and correction of design and material condition deficiencies. Assessments will include an engineering analysis of TOA systems, as well as components and sub-components to determine system compatibility of more than 540 Facilities to include Fuel Service Supply Points (FSSP) and more than 1,000 containers.

Requirements

  • Secret security clearance eligibility required.
  • Experience with Navy TOA processes required.
  • Experience using the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) or Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS), and specifically the Warehouse Management module, required.
  • Experience using accountable property systems of record (APSRs), such as Model Based Product Support, CDMD-OA, OMMS-NG, EXMIS, JCM, MILSTD, CSC and SKED, required.
  • Proper handling of HAZMAT is required.
  • Experience with the Navy’s 3M preventative maintenance system required
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products

Nice To Haves

  • 3M supervisor experience is highly desirable.
  • RPPO/3M 302 highly desired.
  • Experience using business intelligence software, especially TABLEAU, is highly desirable.
  • Materials handling equipment (MHE, e.g forklift operator up to 30K) license is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical and electrical system maintenance checks and report assigned/designated Civil Engineering End Items (CEEI), Hatch Boxes, and ISO and ISU cargo containers to determine project scope, repairs, and necessary replacements in accordance with approved work requests.
  • Perform assessments and engineering analysis of TOA systems, as well as components and sub-components to determine system compatibility.
  • Maintain technical rigging and lifting gear for TOA Hatch Boxes to ensure all lifting gear maintains certification as well as provide administrative oversight of at a minimum 26 hatch boxes.
  • Maintain detailed quantitative and qualitative data of all mechanical, chemical, and performance tests in DPAS-WM for all assessments and work accomplished.
  • Maintain CEEI and ISU maintenance and repair capabilities on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii for 16 pieces of equipment. Establish and maintain all equipment in SKED and OMMS-NG.
  • Develop processes for utilizing DPAS-WM in the day-to-day operations of NAVELSG TOA.
  • Issue and receive equipment and track items deployed throughout NAVELSG Enterprise.
  • Support Integrated Logistics Support / Overhaul ILS/ILO Center procedures.
  • Assist with configuration of TOA Warehouse Facilities.
  • Prepare contract deliverables such as monthly status reports.
  • Assist with quality control processes.
