TO-GO SPECIALIST As a To-Go Specialist for Traditions Hospitality Group you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests who prefer takeout or delivery options. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge.
Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Receive and process takeout and delivery orders accurately and efficiently.
Package orders securely to maintain food quality and presentation during transport.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with menu selections, answering questions, and ensuring order accuracy.
Handle transactions involving cash, credit, or other payment methods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in cash handling procedures.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and pickup of orders.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the takeout area, including stocking supplies and cleaning surfaces as needed.
