About The Position

We are looking for a To-Go Specialist committed to showing our guests the best of who we are, whether dining in or taking our great food to-go. This isn’t your boring ordinary pick-up window – this is WINGO!

Requirements

• Prior to-go or host/cashier experience is a plus, but not required
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Takes and packages to-go orders, ensuring accuracy of the orders, and takes payments from guests
• Sells merchandise including gift cards, sauces, and seasonings
• Assists with menu selection and makes recommendations when necessary
• Addresses guests' concerns or issues, escalating to management as needed
• Ensures the to-go and other areas stay clean and stocked throughout the shift
• All other duties as assigned
