Requirements

• Applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience in a high-volume operation preferred.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.
• Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.

Responsibilities

• Provides fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests and staff.
• Greets and welcomes each guest entering the restaurant.
• Seats guests in the restaurant according to specified rotation requirements.
• Maintains proper seating and reservation documentation.
• Monitors restaurant for table availability.
• Keeps designated working area clean and organized, including the cashiering area.
• Assists wait staff and bus persons in their duties, such as refilling water glasses and coffee cups.
• Completes all assigned closing duties at the end of the shift.
• Promotes current casino events and programs and provides directions to guests.
• Thanks customers, invites them back, wishes them luck, and facilitates their return to play.
