Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of two (2) units of Clinical Pastoral Education completed at a center accredited by ACPE, Inc.
• In good standing with a recognized faith community.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual care to patients, families, and care team members in various healthcare settings.
• Participate as a member of the healthcare team in evaluating spiritual needs.
• Provide one-to-one, short-term spiritual support.
• Offer supportive brief spiritual counseling and community referrals.
• Foster a sense of mission that enhances a culture of Love, Joy, and Peace.
• Actively participate in outstanding customer service.
• Maintain respectful relationships with all individuals.
• Establish and maintain availability to respond to pastoral care needs.
• Attend and participate in mandatory training and meetings.
• Demonstrate knowledge of fire, safety, security, and disaster procedures.
