Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Supply Chain or Logistics Operations and Data Analytics.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Build and process shipments in TMS.
• Identify orders that are blocked by Master Data Management and work with cross functional teams to resolve.
• Responsible for end to end shipment coordination starting from when an order is sent to TMS, to planning the shipment, tracking, and delivery confirmation.
• Assist stakeholders with various requests including but not limited to: expediting shipments, address overrides, updating transportation modes, cancelling shipments and tracking requests as well as notifying requestors of any delays.
• Manually close out shipments as needed by cross checking shipment completion in Internal Inventory tool and TMS as well as obtaining PODs.
• Ensure the team is meeting OTD KPI metric by proactively reaching out to carriers and responding promptly to carrier emails for resolution on issues/delays.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data, identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Identify root cause of delayed shipments and flag issues in TMS via Load Notes.
