About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Full-Time TMS Technician for our Everett clinic —an opportunity that goes beyond a job to help patients reclaim their lives while you grow your career in a collaborative, people-first environment. Requirements

  • Patient-centered, compassionate team player who is professional, punctual, and proactive
  • Detail-oriented and tech-savvy with a strong desire to learn, grow, and adapt
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage details effectively

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred Education: BS in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field
  • 2+ years in healthcare, patient care, or medical office support (CNA, MA, Patient Care Tech, etc.)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; EHR experience a plus
  • Comfortable working with medical/mechanical devices
  • Preferred: BLS certification

Responsibilities

  • Administer TMS treatments under physician direction (training provided)
  • Create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic experience for every patient
  • Educate prospective patients about TMS therapy
  • Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records
  • Support clinic operations through administrative tasks and team collaboration
