About The Position
TMS Technician (Medical Technician/Patient Advocate) Location: Onsite - South End locations (Lakewood, Olympia, Kitsap, Federal Way) Employment Type: Part-Time, W-2 Employee, Non-Exempt Hourly Rate: $22-24/hr Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (no nights or weekends!) We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Part-Time TMS Technician to support our South End Clinics - including Lakewood, Olympia, Kitsap, and Federal Way —an opportunity that goes beyond a job to help patients reclaim their lives while you grow your career in a collaborative, people-first environment. Requirements
- Preferred Education: BS in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field.
- 2+ years in healthcare, patient care, or medical office support (CNA, MA, Patient Care Tech, etc.).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; EHR experience a plus.
- Comfortable working with medical/mechanical devices.
- Patient-centered, compassionate team player who is professional, punctual, and proactive
- Detail-oriented and tech-savvy with a strong desire to learn, grow, and adapt
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage details effectively

- BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Administer TMS treatments under physician direction (training provided).
- Create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic experience for every patient.
- Educate prospective patients about TMS therapy.
- Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
- Support clinic operations through administrative tasks and team collaboration.
