This position is responsible for setup, maintenance, and diagnostics of the Transportation Management System (TMS). This is inclusive of the setup of initial configuration, maintenance of configurations and troubleshooting of TMS system to support current and future business requirements. This person will also be responsible for maintaining the most up to date training information and will train all new TMS users at all levels. This person will work closely with the IT Supply Chain Team and Transportation Operations Teams. In addition, they will be responsible to identify trends, problems and then analyze, develop resolution plan in combination with operational teams, develop presentations to communicate project plans, deliver presentations, and implement solution. Serve as an internal functional help desk for Transportation. Responsible for annual system assessment to support 5 year plan. Collaboration with IT resources for all system changes, upgrades and system outages. Communications to internal and external associates about system availability, upgrades, system downtimes, outages and timeline for operational availability.
