About The Position

Beacon Behavioral Partners is seeking a Part Time TMS Technician that will support the Earthman Clinic in Cedar Park, Texas. As the TMS Technician you will administer in-office therapeutic treatments under the direction of a treating physician. In addition to managing clinical services, you will interact regularly with patients with a focus on customer service and administrative support. Looking for a candidate with great interpersonal skills, empathy, and a team player.

Requirements

HS Diploma Required
Familiarity with clinical scheduling and insurance principles
One or more years of related experience in a healthcare setting

Responsibilities

Collaborate with providers, admissions, and program director to assure patient scheduling and care delivery is completed timely and effectively
Address any patient’s medical conditions or symptoms
Responsible for operating a medical/mechanical device
Support office with daily operations of the facility to include knowledge of all aspects of behavioral health services
Check in or check-out patients, verifies demographics with each clinic visit
Verify/collect payments for all patient check-in
Answers telephones on a timely basis and takes messages/schedules appointments as necessary
Explain and administer patient treatment procedures
Utilize EMR
Monitor a patient for medical symptoms
Support clinic patient satisfaction process
Follow established treatment and office procedures
