About the position
The TMC Box Maker position involves preparing and packaging items for production, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and inventory processes are completed accurately. This role is essential for maintaining the flow of production and ensuring that items are properly boxed and labeled for distribution.
Responsibilities
- Obtain daily schedule and review items being produced.
- Collect proper place cards for each item.
- Fill out proper paperwork and forms for each item being produced.
- Fill out inventory tickets for each finished pallet and affix to each pallet.
- Make up boxes for 20, 30, and 40 lb. items and put bags in these boxes.
- Assist with the two-hour washdowns.
- Notify the supervisors of any problems or concerns.
- Perform any other jobs assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately.
- Basic understanding of inventory management processes.
- Good communication skills to report issues to supervisors.
