Go Rentals, the premier luxury car rental company serving private aviation and high-profile clients is looking for a TMC Account Manager to join our Corporate Sales Team! This role offers an incredible opportunity to manage key partnerships with global travel management companies (TMCs) expanding our market reach and collaborating with industry leaders. This position offers a very competitive salary with performance-based bonuses; with estimated potential annual earnings of $100,000 to $120,000, based on performance. Why Join Us? Requirements

  • A proactive, relationship-driven approach to account management.
  • A passion for the travel industry and an understanding of TMC operations.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, clients, and events simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% and represent Go Rentals at high-level meetings and events.
  • Sales experience, with a track record of hitting goals and contributing to overall company success.
  • 2-5 years of successful account management experience in the travel or hospitality environment.
  • Experience leading impactful presentations to buyers
  • Must have a Valid Unrestricted Driver’s License
  • Must have one to two years of driving experience and be insurable
  • Must be 21 years of age or older (Not Montana or Hawaii)
  • Experience in Sales and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be able to speak and understand basic English sufficient to communicate effectively with management, team members, FBO and Hotel Partners, and leads, follow verbal and written instructions, and understand safety protocols.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in account management or business development within the travel industry. Experience contributing to RFPs as a supplier; working with destination management companies, or with meetings and conventions.

  • College degree

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Management: Manage contract performance with global TMC partners and foster strong relationships with travel decision-makers.
  • Brand Champion: Increase brand awareness by organizing impactful webinars and meetings and attending industry events. Be the face of Go Rentals in the travel world!
  • Business Growth: Collaborate with TMC agents, departments, and Executive leadership to uncover new business opportunities and funnel them to the right Go Rentals sales team members.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Provide monthly volume reports and lead quarterly performance discussions with TMC partners to analyze profit-sharing and usage trends.
  • Sales & Revenue Goals: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through outside sales calls, prospecting, and business development initiatives.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent Go Rentals at travel-related conventions, trade shows, and events to drive business opportunities and develop lasting partnerships.
