Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and disseminate information concerning agency programs, services, and procedures.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, documents, forms, reports, publications, brochures, and studies.
  • Perform general office duties such as processing incoming/outgoing mail and maintaining supplies.
  • Maintain and retrieve files; conduct data searches to retrieve data.
  • Enter and maintain data in databases and maintain various tracking and records management systems.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare travel documents.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests for information/records; provide general interpretation of rules and procedures.
  • Assist with answering and routing incoming phone calls and greeting visitors.
  • Assist in compiling and entering data for spreadsheets, charts, and reports.
  • Assist in scheduling and providing support for meetings, conferences, and seminars.
