Requirements
- Available to work on-site at our Amherst, NY office Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 5 pm Eastern
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum one-year data entry experience
- Minimum one-year experience with document handling
- Intermediate proficiency with Windows-based software programs (i.e., MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Meet physical demands of lifting trays ( ~10 -15 lbs)
- Ability to demonstrate, comprehend, and apply our workplace values.
Responsibilities
- File and filing pull titles from the vault
- Run titles reports
- Logging paper and electronic titles
- Request titles from ELT (Electronic Titles) vendors
- Monitor titles queues
- Lift trays from the vault
