The Technical Training Administrator collaborates with and supports the Global Commercial Operations Commercial Effectiveness team to ensure commercial training and communications are executed with the highest quality of customer service. Using your technical aptitude, you will be responsible for managing and administering the digital tools leveraged by the team including the learning management system (LMS), document repository library (Training ZONE), and translation software. Leveraging your attention to detail, you will format communications into HTML format meeting Bio-Rad's branding standards, and ensure training records are up-to-date and accurate. On a weekly basis, you will manage the weekly Commercial System Release Notes process, ensuring employees are kept apprised of commercial system changes, and the new employee onboarding process, ensuring newcomers are assigned the correct training for their role so they have the knowledge, skills, and abilities to drive business results.
