Title Researchers determine ownership and lien status for real property in order to assist in the collection of delinquent property taxes. The position also reviews documentation recorded at the County Clerk to determine if it affects the subject property.

Requirements

• Must have prior experience in an office environment.
• High School Diploma required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work 37.50 hours per week, 8:30am - 5pm - Monday - Friday.

Nice To Haves

• Prefer prior experience in a law office, title insurance office, or general abstracting experience.
• Prefer some college education.

Responsibilities
