Responsibilities

• Maintain positive relationships with realtors, lenders, builders, and clients.
• Examine title and clear title issues in VA, MD & DC.
• Review and prepare final CD/ALTA and balance files.
• Read title binder and comply with requirements.
• Act as a dependable liaison between all parties to ensure a seamless closing.
• Provide final CD/ALTA to all parties prior to settlement.
• Schedule all parties to close.
