The Title Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operational functions related to providing title services to customers. This role involves managing and leading teams that perform various duties within title operations, ensuring compliance with policies, and meeting production goals. The supervisor acts as a liaison between different groups to facilitate effective communication and operational efficiency.

Supervise the day-to-day operational activities of Title employees in a Title Operations Center.
Assist with personnel management, ensuring compliance with wage and work hour laws.
Delegate tasks, manage workflow, and make staffing recommendations.
Conduct interviews, provide hiring recommendations, and write performance reviews.
Monitor processes and identify training needs for subordinates and the organization.
Implement processes and metrics to improve customer service, quality, and productivity.
Drive problem-solving activities to ensure high-quality product delivery.
Act as a liaison with offshore groups to monitor production and performance metrics.
Provide regular status updates and reports to the Manager.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3-5 years of directly related experience in title operations.
2+ years of demonstrated experience in a lead or supervisory role.
Familiarity with company policies, contract coverage, and compliance concerns.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
Solid technical knowledge of operational processes and systems.

Experience with electronic imaging databases such as TRD, DATATREE, DATATRACE.
Knowledge of title insurance processes and regulations.
