Requirements

• High School Degree
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills in both verbal and written form.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, leadership, time management, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work positively among diverse groups of individuals promoting a 'TEAM' environment and 'Leads by Example.'

Nice To Haves

• Preferred enrollment in a MA, CNA, EMT, Nursing or related program.
• Bilingual in Spanish / English

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Medical Provider to provide supportive patient care and perform tasks as delegated.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Perform medical support tasks such as drug screen collections, diagnostic testing, preparing specimens, injections, and blood draws.
• Perform administrative support tasks such as answering phones, checking in and outpatients, filing, and record processing.
