About The Position

Campers Inn RV is looking for a Title Manager. The Title Manager is responsible for leading the title function for Lazydays so that title work is accurate, timely, compliant, organized, and well coordinated with the rest of the dealership. This role oversees the title clerks, manages workflow, drives aging down, resolves title exceptions, improves handoffs from upstream departments, and builds a title operation that can ultimately run efficiently with a lean structure. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Valid Driver’s License and good driving record is required
  • At least one years of experience as an administrative assistant is preferred
  • Knowledge of office title processing polices for the state the location is in
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS office
  • Knowledge or ability to learn company system applications, such as Systems2K and other applicable software
  • Ability to bed or sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to be able to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a climate-controlled environment
  • Ability to continuously engage in visual activities, such as use of computer, files, and reports

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Title Department Accuracy, Timeliness, and Aging Control
  • Process and oversee all vehicle title work, including registrations, transfers, lien filings, and corrections in compliance with state regulations
  • Ensure title paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted within required timelines
  • Monitor and reduce aging title files, driving timely resolution of open items and exceptions
  • Identify and resolve title issues such as missing documents, payoff discrepancies, and lien releases
  • Lead and manage title staff, providing coaching, direction, and accountability for performance and accuracy
  • Assign and prioritize daily workflow to ensure work is progressing and no files sit idle
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready files with strong documentation and controls
  • Partner with Sales, F&I, and Accounting to improve deal quality and reduce rework
  • Track key metrics such as processing timelines, errors, and backlog, and implement improvements
  • Handle escalations with customers, lenders, and internal teams in a timely and professional manner
