About The Position
University Title Company is seeking an experienced Title Examiner to add to our Title Production team. The Title Examiner will be responsible for searching and examining assigned files. The Examiner will also proof selected commitments, examine selected surveys, and more. This position may work either in our office in College Station, or remotely.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with RamQuest and Title Data required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong customer service background
Nice To Haves
- Experience with commercial properties and acreage a plus
Responsibilities
- Search and examine assigned files
- Proof selected commitments
- Examine selected surveys
- Interact with Curative and coordinate with Closing Teams
- Assist in verifying plant data and base file maintenance as needed
